The Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker smokers are the very embodiment of "All good things come to those who wait." There really is no better feeling than taking the first soft, flavour packed bite of a 10 hour smoked short rib or brisket. It's two 47cm racks hold plenty of meat, fish or whatever else you choose to smoke, over a pan of water or other flavourful liquid to help stabilise the smoke and provide the right conditions for truly fantastic results. Cooking low and slow has never been so easy with a charcoal smoker as it is with the Smokey Mountain. It's fuel door allows you to drop in briquettes during the cook, helping you maintain temperature. You can keep an eye on the temperature with the built-in lid thermometer and the 4 aluminium dampers as well. Weber really did think of everything so you don't have to. Succulent food glory awaits!
